Rice appointed to liaise with ANC’s overseas partners

Fiona Rice has been appointed brand manager for ANC Worldwide. She joined from Business Post where she held a similar role. Rice will be responsible for managing relations with ANC’s overseas partners.

ANC has promoted Tom Henderson (picture right) to depot general manager at its Tyne and Wear depot. He was regional business development manager, regional sales manager and national commercial manager. He will be responsible for recruiting owner-drivers, streamlining costs and introducing a sales drive. PalletForce has promoted Jayne Hawkes to network finance manager. She is responsible for new business management and financial checks for all members. Hawkes joined Palletforce in February 2003. Kevin King has joined Walon UK as divisional support manager for technical services. He was training and technical manager for Inchcape Automotive, where he worked for six years. His role will be to oversee UK contracts and to develop its vehicle refurbishment market. Simon King also joins Walon UK as depot manager at its Chipping Warden, Oxfordshire, operation. He was previously dealer principal at a Mercedes-Benz and Audi dealership. GeoPost has selected Thomas Lot as chairman and chief executive of Chronopost International. Lot was previously vice president of the Amazon Group and chief executive of Apple France. Stuart Monk (pictured below) has been promoted to business development manager at Bridgestone UK’s Truck Point business in the Midlands. Monk’s role will be to ensure that communication is expandedbetween Bridgestone, its dealers and customers. Monk previously worked for NatWest and The Royal Bank of Scotland.
