Paul Kehoe appointed Chief Executive of DX Services

DX Services plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Kehoe as Chief
Executive with effect from 14 November 2005 when he will also join the Board.
Paul replaces Peter Brougham, who steps down from the Company on 11 November
2005.

Paul (46) joins DX from a career in the Aviation and Business Services sectors.
Most recently he was Operations Director and an executive Board member of
airports owner TBI plc, the largest regional airport operator in Europe, and
managing director at Belfast International & London Luton Airports, turning
around their situations to improved status in terms of both profit and
passenger numbers. TBI was acquired by a consortium of Spanish airport
operators comprised of Abertis and AENA, earlier this year.

John Maxwell, Chairman of DX Services plc, said:

‘Paul has a wealth of commercial experience building profitable businesses in a
strongly regulated environment. DX will significantly benefit from his
operational and marketing expertise, innovation, strategic thinking and
leadership including four years on the Board of a listed plc. These qualities
together with his great energy and enthusiasm will ensure DX is well placed to
take advantage of the opportunities presented by the deregulating postal
market. We are delighted to have attracted someone of his calibre’.

Paul joined TBI plc in 1997 and was appointed to the main Board of TBI plc in
2001. Previously he successfully built up businesses in such companies as BAe
Systems – Airbus Division and Serco plc. He holds an MBA from Warwick Business
School and a post-graduate Diploma in Marketing.

Paul Kehoe said:

‘This is an exciting time to be joining DX. The UK mail market is set to change
dramatically over the next few years and as the only company other than Royal
Mail with a dedicated end-to-end postal network, DX is well positioned to be at
the forefront of this changing market. I look forward to working with the
management team, developing the Company’s nationwide service and reputation,
and growing the business for the future’.
