Swiss MailSource takes Over US Forrest Solutions

Swiss mailroom management solutions provider MailSource, owned by Swiss postal carrier Schweizer Post, will fully take over U.S. sector company Forrest Solutions Inc, MailSource said on January 27, 2006.

MailSource will pay a two-digit sum in million for the New York-based enterprise.

Forrest Solutions (www.forrestsolutions.com), active in the field of mailroom and recruiting services generates an annual average turnover of $44 mln (36.3 mln euro). Among its customers are banks, law firms, publishing houses and advertising companies in the New York region.

The U.S. company and its management, including the founder Steven Forrest will be integrated into the MailSource group. The new subsidiary will operate under the name MailSource Inc.
