Finland Post Corporation to acquire Swedish logistics company

Finnish state-owned postal and logistics services provider Finland Post Corporation (Suomen Posti Oyj) said on Wednesday (1 February) that it is acquiring the Swedish logistics company Roadlink Spedition AB.

Roadlink Spedition has an annual turnover of EUR25m and it has four outlets with terminals based in Stockholm, Malmo, Gothenburg and Jonkoping.

The acquisition price was not disclosed.

One euro (EUR) is worth approximately 0.68 British pounds (GBP).
