UK Royal Mail develops personalised stamps

In a bid to boost flagging postal revenue, Royal Mail is allowing customers to stamp their identity on letters with a new Web site, developed by Proximity London, that gives users the opportunity to create personalised stamps by submitting digital photos. Sean Tweddell, digital strategy and planning director at Royal Mail, said, “UK consumers increasingly want personalised products and services and Smilers fit with that demand.”
