Wincanton announces new CFO
Wincanton has appointed Mr Tom Hinton who will join the Board as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with effect from 15 August 2022.
Tom’s wide experience includes Group CFO positions at Infinis Energy plc, Domestic & General Ltd and, more recently, WE Soda Limited, an international mining and chemicals business.

James Wroath, Chief Executive Officer of Wincanton, said: “I am pleased to welcome Tom to his new role as we lead Wincanton through the next stage of our development. I would also like to place on record my sincere thanks to James Clarke who has been a great support to me and the business in his role as interim CFO since 1 March 2022”.

Mr Clarke will continue in the role of interim CFO until Tom’s arrival.
Mr Hinton does not currently hold any Wincanton plc shares and no further information in connection with his appointment is required to be disclosed pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13R.
