Delisting TNT Frankfurt Stock Exchange effective 1 June 2006

– Amsterdam, TNT N.V. (TNT, TP) today announced that the delisting from the Frankfurt Stock Exchange will be effective 1 June 2006. The last trading day is 31 May 2006.
