DHL strengthens network in India

The facility is equipped with weighing dimensional labelling machine for weighing, radio frequency scanners, powered conveyer belts and other machinery. It has next-generation data scanners for data transfer from anywhere in Bangalore, and access controlled movement among others.

The 21,000 square feet facility is expected to handle 3,000 inbound and outbound shipments weighing up to 25 tonnes a day. The centre will also monitor 23 routes across South India.
