Yodel undergoing ‘strategic review’ after receiving ‘unsolicited approaches’ about its direction and ownership
Following recent reports in the UK media, Yodel has confirmed to Post&Parcel that it has ‘received a number of unsolicited approaches’ in recent weeks regarding its strategic direction and ownership.
In the statement sent to Post&Parcel today (26 July), a spokesperson was also quoted as saying that Yodel has now appointed Clearwater International to ‘lead a full strategic review on behalf of Yodel shareholders’.
The spokesperson added: ‘This process may take some time. For now, Yodel remains focused on its growth journey.’
Yodel is part of Logistics Group Holdings, which is owned by the Barclay family.
