New CEO of Latvijas Pasts

Following the decision of the Council of Latvijas Pasts, Beāte Krauze-Čebotare will take on as CEO of Latvijas Pasts, while Jānis Kūliņš will perform the duties of Board Member and Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).

Raimonds Dūda, Chairman of the Council of Latvijas Pasts, commented: “The new future development strategy of Latvijas Pasts is highly ambitious. It envisages a substantial transformation and accelerated development of the business areas of item delivery, transit, and financial services, with the end goal of offering the most appropriate solutions for customer needs. For this reason, the Council decided to considerably enhance the capabilities and competencies of the company’s management team.

Both Beāte and Jānis have extensive experience in managing companies and teams and are recognized professionals in their fields. Therefore, there is no doubt that their addition to the management team of Latvijas Pasts will reinforce the management team’s professional competencies and facilitate the company’s successful and efficient achievement of its strategic objectives.”

Beāte Krauze-Čebotare has gained significant experience in company management, having served as manager and board member of the item delivery company Omniva Latvija for six years. Before that, she spent 11 years with Swedbank AS, the last four of which she led the Cash Management Department, which oversees various types of cash flow management solutions for entrepreneurs. Beāte Krauze-Čebotare graduated from the University of Latvia’s Faculty of Business, Management, and Economics and earned a master’s degree in management.
