SingPost CEO: It is exciting for us to enable more businesses and brands to build their growth

Singapore Post Limited (SingPost) has entered into an agreement with SHEIN, a global, integrated, fashion and lifestyle marketplace, to provide end-to-end eCommerce logistics services for its Singapore business.

This collaboration with SingPost will allow SHEIN to significantly increase the speed of its fulfilment operations and improve its responsiveness to customers, thereby raising customer satisfaction levels.

SingPost will be enhancing SHEIN’s business with a comprehensive suite of eCommerce logistics services ranging from customs clearance, last mile fulfilment to returns management.

Apart from doorstep deliveries, SHEIN’s customers can now enjoy greater convenience with out-of-home deliveries to their letterboxes as well as collection points, and also leverage SingPost’s POPStation network for their product return needs.

Mr Leonard Lin, Global Head of Public Affairs and General Manager of Singapore at SHEIN, said: “SHEIN is excited to unveil our new collaboration with SingPost, a recognised industry leader in eCommerce logistics. We are confident that this collaboration will enhance our logistics capabilities, thereby ensuring a more efficient and secure delivery process for our customers in Singapore.”
