Evri prepares for its busiest-ever ‘Peak’ and offers couriers additional benefits

Evri today announces a partnership with Onsi, a flexible benefits platform, to enhance its offering to couriers.

All 25,000+ self-employed couriers, both new and existing, can access these benefits from the beginning of their time with Evri. This is additional to their existing benefits scheme and is completely free of charge. Evri couriers will have two main new benefits, provided by Onsi:

  • Wellbeing, which offers couriers benefits like Digital GP, Digital Physio and support for mental health, finances, and family.
  • Discounts, to provide couriers with deals to save on everyday expenses, including nine major supermarkets and fuel discounts.

Evri’s network of 25,000+ couriers, who deliver more than 730 million parcels annually, are at the heart of the business and its landmark GMB-backed pay model provides drivers with guaranteed minimum wages, holiday pay and pensions.

Gary Robinson, Director of Final Mile at Evri, said: “Our couriers are at the heart of our business, and we recognise the importance additional benefits from platforms like Onsi can make to their work and home life. As our business continues to grow, it’s an exciting time to join us and become a courier, working flexibly around other commitments.”

A spokesperson at Onsi, said: “At Onsi, we have a vision of a world of work where everyone wins. Being able to provide Evri couriers with benefits to protect their physical and financial wellbeing is a core part of our mission. We are delighted to welcome Evri to Onsi and looking forward to our partnership.
