New Regional Vice President for Southeast Asia at FedEx

Bianca Wong, a seasoned executive with over 22 years of experience across human resources and business strategy roles, has been appointed as the new Regional Vice President for Southeast Asia at FedEx.

Her appointment marks a strategic move as FedEx continues to strengthen its presence in one of its most dynamic and fast-growing regions.

Based in Singapore, she leads a team of over 4,000 employees, driving operational excellence and directly serving customers across the region. As a member of the FedEx executive committee, she also helps shape and execute the company’s strategic initiatives.

Previously, Bianca was the Vice President of Human Resources for FedEx Asia Pacific, where she managed a team of over 400 HR professionals. Her responsibilities included strategic HR planning, HR business partnering, employee engagement, talent acquisition and management, diversity, equity, and inclusion, health and safety, leadership and workforce competence development, HR technology and innovation, as well as organisational effectiveness.

Before rejoining FedEx in 2022, Bianca served as the Global Head of Reward at Hilti Group in Liechtenstein, where she introduced global reward principles and redesigned sales compensation plans. She joined Hilti as the Regional Head of Rewards for North Asia, contributing to the leadership team’s implementation of the region’s growth strategy and culture transformation, while also overseeing a comprehensive HR agenda.
