New Member of Eesti Post’s Supervisory Board

The Estonian Minister of Regional Affairs and Agriculture Hendrik Johannes Terras appointed Anna Kõuts, an experienced finance professional, to the supervisory board of Eesti Post.

According to the minister, bringing Kõuts onto the supervisory board is a strategic decision that supports the company’s development.

“Anna Kõuts’s experience in developing financial strategies and managing capital is critically important to ensure Eesti Post’s sustainability and capacity for renewal,” said Minister Terras.

Anna Kõuts, who previously served as CFO and management board member at Swedbank, said she takes on the new role with a strong sense of responsibility.

“The logistics market is dynamic and constantly evolving. I am ready to contribute my expertise to support Eesti Post’s management in creating value and achieving strategic goals,” said Kõuts.

Anna Kõuts joins a supervisory board now led by Rainer Rohtla, who took office earlier this month. Rohtla is Chairman of the Board at Coop Eesti Keskühistu and Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Coop Pank. His earlier career includes leadership roles at logistics companies DPD Eesti and Via 3L.
