“We are incredibly excited to partner with Amazon and to deliver a world-class fulfillment experience to their customers. PostNord TPL is building a Nordic fulfillment platform for leading global e-commerce players, where Eskilstuna will become a central node in the network. This is a very important step in our long-term strategy and our goal to deliver stability, quality and scalability in very complex logistics flows,” says Andrew Kristensen, CEO of PostNord TPL.
The transition to PostNord TPL has been completed with full focus on business continuity and security for employees. All employees at the fulfillment center have been offered to transfer to employment with PostNord TPL.
The facility in Eskilstuna will be a central part of PostNord TPL’s growing Nordic e-commerce platform, bringing together international e-commerce players in a common, scalable and highly automated logistics network.
“PostNord TPL has deep Nordic logistics expertise, and by combining their strength in fulfillment with our focus on assortment, price and convenience, we are confident that this partnership will continue to deliver the experience that Swedish customers expect. Eskilstuna has been central to this work and the employees on site have built something strong that we are very proud of.
