bnode appoints two independent directors
The Ordinary General Meeting of shareholders of bpost has approved the company’s 2025 financial results, alongside the remuneration report for the 2025 financial year, the company announced following its meeting held today.
Shareholders also granted discharge to both the board of directors and the statutory auditors for the execution of their mandates during the financial year.
In a separate decision, the meeting approved the appointment of Helena Jansson and Xavier Garijo as independent directors for a four-year term. They succeed David Cunningham and Michael Stone, whose mandates as independent directors have expired.
