Post Business Solutions GmbH, a company of Austrian Post, and the DTI Group are expanding their strategic partnership, setting a clear tone for the next generation of document and process automation in Europe. DAiTA (Document AI Transformation & Automation), the established offering of Post Business Solutions, will be expanded with the agent AI platform COGNAiO®.
In the future, DAiTA will thus go far beyond classic IDP solutions: AI agents understand the context of a process, enrich it with the relevant knowledge and data from the company and transfer it validated along defined guidelines into a result ready for decision-making – faster, comprehensible and with humans in the leadership role.
For customers, this means one thing above all: less manual effort, more consistent data quality, faster and traceable processes, and a better basis for data-driven decisions – even with complex requirements and in compliance with strict compliance requirements.
