Purchasing of Tschudi & Eitzen Sembawang Shipmanagement Pte. Ltd

Tschudi & Eitzen Ship Management AS has today purchased the remaining shares in Tschudi & Eitzen Sembawang Shipmanagement Pte. Ltd. from Sembcorp Logistics, Singapore and this brings the shareholding to 100%.
The company will change name to Tschudi & Eitzen Shipmanagement (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. and Mr. Axel C. Eitzen, Mr. Mogens Worre Sørensen and Mr. Jon Edvard Sundnes will be elected on the Board of Directors.
