Parcel delivery: Ziegler takes over Grimaud

The Bressuire (Deux-Sevres) county court yesterday chose the Ziegler group to take over French parcel delivery group Grimaud, which went into receivership on 9 January.
Ziegler was competing with three other offers, including one from Transports Joyau. Ziegler will keep 1,109 of the 1,732 jobs at Grimaud.
