Ingram Micro chooses PNL as their logistics partner

Since 2007 PNL has distributed more than one million parcels for Ingram Micro in the Nordic region. The agreement, which is one of the most extensive shipment agreements in the Nordic region, will be renewed for one more year.

Ingram Micro sends more than one million parcels per year from their Nordic main storage in Rosersberg. The main part of their distribution takes place in Sweden, but Denmark is a close follower. PNL is responsible for all Nordic distribution, including return shipments, which results in ten trucks per day.

Since 2007 PNL has distributed more than one million parcels for Ingram Micro in the Nordic region. The agreement, which is one of the most extensive shipment agreements in the Nordic region, will be renewed for one more year.

– PNL offers a complete solution in the Nordic region which simplifies our work. We have high demands on our logistics supplier and prefer to co-operate with a company that takes responsibility for all our Nordic distribution. PNL is a customer focused company and has made our supply chain easier, says Lars-Göran Fors, Nordic Operations Director at Ingram Micro.

PNL – a company with strong growth
PNL is a company with strong growth and their core competence is cross-border distribution of parcels within the Nordic region. In January 2009 a new and larger main terminal in Jönköping will be inaugurated. This new terminal expects to handle 25 000 parcels daily. PNL’s customers are mainly within the IT, electronics and textile segments. The common demand for these three industries are that they all need frequent transports to numerous of cities and countries.
