POST OFFICE-APPOINTMENTS – Romania

The Managing Board (MB) of the Romanian Post
Office National Company (CNPR) on Thursday appointed Ileana Chiraleu as the
company’s operational executive manager, according to a release issued for
MEDIAFAX agency on Friday by the Ministry of IT and Communication.
The position of sales development executive manager of CNPR will be held by
Andrei Marinescu, while Titi Cheran will be the economic executive manager,
shows the release.
At the same time, the MB requested the executive management to draw up an
analysis of the company’s activity for last year, to establish a
restructuring program and to present the company’s strategy for 2001-2004.
The topics discussed within the MB mainly aimed at settling the
organizational chart and the functioning regulations of the company’s
central administration and the responsibilities of the president.
