Post Office brings CRM project online

Post Office is investing GBP200 mil in its so-called Spice customer
relationship management (CRM) system roll-out. Spice stands for ‘securing
the Post Office’s integrated commercial environment.’ CRM software from
Siebel provides the Post Office with more information about its 28 mil
customers.
There are currently 400 Post Office sales staff using the system, and
another 3,600 users will be added by March 2002.
