INSpire to use Pitney Bowes mail system solution

INSPIRE INSURANCE SOLUTIONS (NASDAQ: NSPR), A LEADING PROPERTY AND
CASUALTY INSURANCE OUTSOURCING SERVICES PROVIDER, HAS SELECTED PITNEY BOWES INC. TO PROVIDE A COST-EFFECTIVE MAIL SYSTEM SOLUTION FOR ITS CUSTOMERS. THE SOLUTION, A HIGH-END INTEGRATED MAIL SYSTEM WHICH WILL BE INSTALLED
IN THE COMPANY’S FORT WORTH MAIL CENTER, WILL SPEED DELIVERY OF
TIME-SENSITIVE INSURANCE DOCUMENTS, ACCELERATE CASH FLOW, AND PROVIDE GREATER CUSTOMER SERVICE TO INSPIRE’S CLIENTS AND THEIR CUSTOMERS.
“During our detailed cost/benefit analysis, we discovered by
implementing the Pitney Bowes system, we could not only reduce postage and materials expenses by as much as 25 percent, but also increase our current customer service levels for both billing and policy processing,” said John
Pergande, CEO of INSpire. “We have a zero backlog policy, and our staff is able to turn around all mail within 12 hours of receipt. However, by implementing this new technology we will be able to process even greater volumes of mail with assured mail-piece integrity, greater time and cost efficiency and better quality than ever before. Since we deal with highly confidential and timely information, these benefits are of utmost importance to our customers.”
“Regular mailings to customers can simply record past business
transactions, or they can serve as a strategic tool to strengthen and
expand the customer relationship and grow business, depending on the specific
needs of the user,” said Brian Baxendale, president, Pitney Bowes Document
Messaging.
“This investment will enable INSpire’s customers to use each mail piece
strategically to speed payment and accelerate cash flow, to increase sales
via 1:1 marketing programs, and to bolster customer satisfaction by producing
a mail piece that is tailored to each customer’s specific needs.”
INSpire also plans to implement additional hardware and software
capabilities over time, including options for electronic message delivery
via the Internet and other digital channels, the shifting of mail volumes
among processing sites to assure maximum productivity, and instant address
validation at the point of data entry to reduce undeliverable and returned
mail.
