SingPost and BNI offer alternative remittance service

Singapore Post Limited (SingPost) and PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BNI) are jointly offering an alternative channel for remittance service to Indonesia.

Singapore Post Limited (SingPost) and PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BNI)are jointly offering an alternative channel for remittance service to Indonesia.

CASHOME Remittance Service to Indonesia via BNI is now available at selected SingPost’s self-service automated machines (SAM).

The SAM interface allows customers to remit money anytime around the clock to their recipients back home in Indonesia. Customers need to apply for a free CASHOME card to become a registered user.

Recipients can access the funds at BNI’s network of 1,106 branches and close to 20,000 ATMs across Indonesia.

SingPost’s executive vice president for Retail & Financial Services, Loh Choo Beng said: “We are pleased to create yet another landmark initiative to bring our partnership with BNI to a greater height. It is also about bringing greater convenience to our customers when we introduce more CASHOME remittance touch-points on 24/7 alternative channels such as our SAM, to complement our 62 post offices islandwide.”
