Pitney Bowes Launches Click&Mail

Company announces new Web-to-Post service aimed at the SME market. Pitney Bowes, the company specialising in mail and messaging technology has launched Click&Mail, an online service that enables businesses to send post directly from their desktop. Once communications have been written, users simply click ‘print’ for their document to be remotely printed folded, inserted and despatched.

Two versions of the service are available – Click&Mail One-to-One, specifically geared to help businesses keep in touch with their most important contacts on a one–to-one basis, and Click&Mail One-to-Many, designed for sending out the same message by post to multiple contacts.

The system is available online on a pay-as-you-go basis with both
document and data kept encrypted until printed, safeguarding data protection.
