Chronopost International registers 25% increase in consolidated sales (Chronopost International: Hausse de 25% des ventes consolidees)

Chronopost International, the express parcel delivery and logistics subsidiary of French national postal service La Poste, registered consolidated sales of 688.3m euros last year, an increase of 25 per cent on 1999, according to company chairman Gilles Moutel.

The figure includes 84.6m euros in sales registered by delivery company Taxicolis, in which Chronopost has a 95 per cent stake (increased from 33.34 per cent last year). Taxicolis’s results have been included in the accounts for the first time.
