Swiss Post has revamped its portal in a bid to meet the specific needs of customers.

Swiss Post has a new look on the World Wide Web and is offering its customers an information service that is both clear and comprehensive.

A Swiss Post statement says: “Tools such as consignment monitoring (Track&Trace) or the post office and postcode search functions offer customers added value. It is now easier to navigate the 10,000 or so pages, and the interactive tools can be quickly located. The content is information that ranges from standard products to customized solutions for business customers.

“The separation of private and business customers creates a clear distinction between the variety of services right from the start on the home page. The Swiss Post portal uses new navigation aids that guide the user quickly through the various levels of the website architecture to specific information. The international entry point to the online postal world has also been redesigned at www.swisspost.com. All the services that Swiss Post offers abroad are
integrated there.

“With the new online portal, developed by Swiss Post in collaboration with MySign, Aarau (design), and Unic AG, Berne (technology and content migration), the company has a contemporary and customer-focused presence. The core business and new services are presented by topic and explained simply and quickly.”
