EU Court Rules TNT Must Pay Fees in Italy.

TNT Post Group (the Netherlands) must pay ILr46 mil in fees to Poste Italiane over letters and packages it delivered in 1999 in Italy. The European Court of Justice ruled that state postal service had the right to collect fees from the express-mail company delivering in its service area.
