DHL appointment for Ng

David Ng has been appointed the country manager, Malaysia and Brunei, for DHL Express (Malaysia). The appointment is effective 1 November.

“In his new role, Ng is responsible for managing business operations and supervising strategies towards enhancing DHL’s market leadership,” the company said in a statement.

Ng first joined DHL Express Indonesia in 2004 as financial controller and was promoted to country manager in January 2006.

Ng, a Malaysian, takes over from Sam Leong, who has moved on to a global network operations management role.
