ADS launches SimpleCertifiedMail.com

ADS has released Application Programming Interfaces (API’s) that enable mail shops to invoke a unique and complete set of Certified Mail management services with minimal development. “We’ve turned Certified Mail into a fast, easy-to-use-process that can generate handsome profits for our mail shop clients,”, explained Charles Crutchfield, founder of ADS.  “With SimpleCertifiedMail.com, our latest upgrade to our service, there’s no need for mail shops to purchase special equipment or hire additional labor. Our solution is not only dramatically simpler and faster than alternatives, but our mail shop clients can achieve pre-sort discounts if the mailing meets USPS requirements,” adds Crutchfield.

Mail shops or their clients can monitor the status of each Certified Mail piece, from SimpleCertifiedMail.com’s secure web site. SimpleCertifiedMail.com posts the Return Receipt (Electronic) within hours of it being signed, completely eliminating the PS3811 Green Card.

“I’m proud to say it’s a win-win for mail shops and their clients. Now, mail shops can provide a valuable service and be compensated fairly without incurring the traditional costs of labor and equipment,” added Crutchfield.
