Finance Director resigns to join BT Wireless

Exel Plc on Tuesday saw its Finance Director David Finch give up his post to become Chief Financial Officer at telecoms giant BT Wireless .
BT said in a statement that Finch’s appointment would help the company as it prepares to demerge its BT Wireless division — a crucial element in its plans to cut its debt burden.

Exel, which provides transport services, said in a separate statement that its Deputy Chief Executive John Coghlan would replace Finch as the company’s new finance director in July.
