Pan Nordic Logistics changes name to Bring Parcels

Pan Nordic Logistics (PNL) changes its name to Bring Parcels as part of Bring Logistics’ strategy of becoming the leader in the Nordic parcels market. Bring is a Nordic post and logistics company and a Nordic challenger within the post and logistics business. Bring Logistics had a revenue of NOK 12.5bn in 2009.

“The fact that PNL changes its name to Bring Parcels and becomes part of Bring Logistics is important to our development in Denmark and the other Nordic countries”, says Arne Bjørndahl, senior vice president, Posten Norge.

Bring Parcels distributes approximately 12 million parcels yearly. The parcel company is a wholly owned subsidiary to Posten Norge since August 2008. Previously the company was owned 50/50 by Posten Norge and Post Danmark, but as the latter merged with Posten Sverige they sold their shares in PNL to Posten Norge.

Bring consists of six specialist areas: Bring Express, Bring Citymail, Bring Mail, Bring Logistics, Bring Frigoscandia and Bring Dialogue, each of which are leading players within their areas.
