Hermes, formerly known as Parcelnet Ltd has selected EMEX to provide an integrated software solution to manage operational risk, health & safety, claims, and compliance across the organisation.

Implementing EMEX will allow Hermes to standardise process and centralise all operational data; thus enhancing the sharing of information and best-practise across the Hermes network of UK depots. EMEX Reporting and Business Intelligence tools will provide management with real-time statistical analysis and trend visibility aiding decision making and implementation of proactive control measures.
