“Happy Birthday Post&Parcel”
Grab the Champagne and bring on the cake – Post&Parcel is ‘one’ today! There is a carnival atmosphere at Post&Parcel Towers today as we celebrate our first birthday.
This very website went live a year ago today, and since then we have provided leading industry news, in-depth articles, one-on-one video interviews, event reporting, and filmed coverage from popular conferences such as World Mail & Express Europe, World Mail & Express Americas and the Mail & Express Delivery Show.
So far, Post&Parcel has provided more than 2,000 entries consisting of breaking news stories in the mail and express sectors, in-depth features, interviews with leading industry figures, and video streams. In addition, all of our published content has been distributed daily and weekly via an e-mail newsletter to our loyal recipients – giving readers easy access to the latest developments around the world. But the hard work as only just begun. If you haven’t already done so – please subscribe using the subscription box on the homepage.
Post&Parcel editor Chris Dolan said: “We are very proud of what the portal has achieved to date. Now, as the mail and express industry enters a new era – prompted by the e-commerce boom, technological advancement, and expanding retail and financial services – we hope that Post&Parcel grows with it. The next year will be very exciting as we look to improve our current service, adding to what is already an essential industry tool.”
Furthermore, we are on the look out for industry commentators across the world to provide analysis and news for Post&Parcel – as the website aims to expand its global presence.
If you would like to contribute to Post&Parcel in any capacity – either supplying us with news, writing a feature, being interviewed, blogging or idea generation – please feel free to contact Chris Dolan ([email protected])
Views from across the industry:
Paul Ridden, managing director of Skillweb: “Post&Parcel offers the ideal means of keeping up-to-date with the latest developments in the marketplace. Not only does it make for an interesting read, but also provides an effective way of publicising our latest company news and industry successes.”
Tubbs Rooprah, managing director of Keymail UK: “KMUK was first introduced to Post&Parcel through Triangle Management Services, who we have been supporting for many years. One of the most benefiting factors we found through Post&Parcel was the ability to reach out and also to convey gathering for networking and other events. I have found this to be a good platform, not to mention the information/updates it provides to businesses like us and the industry. The editorial is very helpful and they are always there to support the industry in more ways than one. Well done and keep up the good work to all involved.”
Charles Prescott, editor of The Prescott Report: “Post&Parcel has a well-deserved right to toot its own horn… The Prescott Report looks forward to continuing to collaborate with this excellent resource.”
Tom O’Connor, managing director of Ctrack: “Congratulations to Post&Parcel. The mix of up-to the-minute news and in-depth features means there is always something of interest for businesses operating within the mail and express sectors.”
Dan Derry, managing director of OPS Logistics: “Post&Parcel has become an essential part of daily life; insightful, informative and relevant – enabling me to keep up-to-date on events, innovations and changes within the market. It is definitely one to be bookmarked on the web browser.”
