UPS curtail East Coast operations in US

UPS has suspended or sharply curtailed operations along the east coast of the US. The express giant moved to reduce services as a result of treacherous road conditions in light of recent blizzards.

UPS has suspended or sharply reduced operations from Maine south to North Carolina. States impacted are: Maine, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Vermont, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, Connecticut, and North Carolina.

In those areas, UPS package and freight pick ups and deliveries are extremely limited or cancelled altogether.
