Nexo Correo enhances online service

Argentinean company Nexo Correo has launched an online service for scheduled deliveries. With this new service, a recipient who was not available to sign for their mail on the first visit, will be able to set a personally convenient time and date in which they can do so, as well as modify the initial delivery address to an alternative address or place of work.

This service can be requested by phone or e-mail, and from now on through Nexo’s website as well. This new tool allows users to schedule deliveries around the clock, from any computer with internet access, without being restricted by office hours.

Another advantage to this tool is that the recipient can designate and authorise another person to sign for his or her mail if he or she will not be present at the specified address, or they can otherwise schedule a pick up from Nexo’s offices.

Once the new time and date of delivery has been established, the recipient receives an automatic e-mail that encloses all the information pertinent to the new delivery schedule.Founded in 1978, Nexo is one of the leading companies in Argentina in the development of postal services with added value and usage of applied technology.

Its postal services in the local market include simple and certificated mail, acknowledgement of receipt and 24 hour delivery.
