Specialists in the West Africa trade

UK-based Antrak Freight is an international air freight forwarding specialist, providing priority scheduled and economy consolidated services to African airports, as well as door-to-door deliveries.
Antrak Freight’s main office at London Heathrow airport serves as the international administration and development centre for global scheduled air freight services on time-sensitive consignments with consolidated services for economies of scale.
The company handles export Customs documentation in the origin country, EDI pre-alerts to destinations ahead of dispatch from origin country. Airside clearance for time-critical shipments, such as AOG, can be provided where local regulations allow, says Simon Rhodes, air freight product manager at Antrak, with the company specialising in domestic and regional/cross frontier delivery services in West Africa.
Antrak has state-of-the-art automated cargo systems enabling the automated execution of shipping and export documentation, consignment tracking, automated proof-of-delivery, and EDI communications.
With modern airport facilities at a number of the region’s international airports, each strategically located in close proximity to the airline freight terminals and Customs authorities, the company’s air freight activities are managed locally by experienced expatriate personnel, Rhodes says.
