Follow up to TPG announcment of agreement termination with OPC

According to a conversation with Edward Humberstone OPC went into receivership in September 2001 and was known to be in trouble prior to that. Whether the termination of the agreement caused the failure or whether the failure caused the termination is not clear. Edward Humberstone thinks that OPC were failing and TPG were forced to bail out.
