Danzas Benelux logistics contract with Overland
Danzas Benelux, a unit of Danzas Corp., has signed an agreement with Overland Trading Ltd., covering logistics for Caterpillar shoes in Europe.
Overland, based in London, is the licensee in Europe for shoes carrying the logo of Caterpillar, the Peoria, Ill., company best known for its earth-moving equipment.
The five-year warehousing contract is valued at $18 million.
Danzas has also signed another agreement with Overland for the distribution of the products within Germany. Further distribution agreements are still under discussion.
