With effect from the end of August 2001, Danzas ASG Eurocargo Oy will lift its stake in Kelpo Kuljetus to 51%. To date, the Finnish subsidiary of German Deutsche Post has a 49% stake in the logistics arm of Finnish Post Corporation. Following the transaction, the Finnish Post will hold the remaining 49% stake in Kelpo Kuljetus. The competition authorities have already approved the deal.
