The National Health Service Logistics Authority wins contract with Exel

The National Health Service Logistics Authority (NHS Logistics), which provides a bespoke supply chain management service to the NAtional Health Service(NHS), has awarded Exel a seven-year contract to provide a storage and order picking service covering the South West of England. The agreement involves the development of a 120,000 sq ft regional distribution centre at Express Park in Bridgewater, Somerset. Exel will manage the construction of the facility and subsequently provide warehouse management and pick and pack services for the NHS Logistics national product range.
