JJB Sports signs contract with Lynx

JJB Sports has signed a three year contract with Lynx Express to provide express delivery services to its 400-plus UK stores. The deal is valued in excess of £3m per year.
Express delivery will be used to supplement the companys in-house fleet operation and to support further expansion. Stores will benefit from more frequent deliveries.
After signing the agreement, David Burtenshaw, chief executive of Lynx said: We are already heavily committed to this sector and see further opportunities to expand our position given the suitability of our infrastructure and high service levels it delivers.
