TalkTalk partners Fujitsu to create Post Office phone and broadband network

Talk Talk and Fujitsu partner up and provide a next generation network platform for Post Office branches in the UK. TalkTalk Group has joined forces with Fujitsu to design and deliver a solution for Post Office Ltd that will provide a next generation network (NGN) platform for the PO’s Homephone and Broadband customers.

Fujitsu has partnered with TalkTalk to deliver the NGN platform, with Capita for the customer contact centre and with MDS for consumer billing.

It is anticipated that TalkTalk will see an aggregate revenue over the five-year term in excess of £100m.
