Self-service facilities all part and parcel of new-look Australia Post office at Brisbane GPO

It is being touted as the “post office of the future” – a state-of-the-art Australian first that will transform Australia Post’s Brisbane flagship store. The GPO store, on Queen St, will soon be home to new-look 24/7 zones such as parcel lockers for customers to pick up items at their convenience, a vending machine with packaging products and a self-service terminal to weigh and post parcels.
There will also be self-service terminals for paying bills, a lounge section for financial and identity services and travel services including foreign exchange.
