Christian Salvesen has won a three year contract, worth some £3m a year, with AvestaPolarit, the stainless steel producer. It will handle deliveries to customers from sites at Sheffield, Oldbury and Panteg in South Wales using a dedidecated fleet plus support from its shared users network. The new agreement builds on an eight year relationship between two companies.
