Palletways implements new customer order system

Pallet network Palletways is taking customer service to a new level by implementing the Neomax customer despatch IT system. The system allows customers to enter their orders directly onto Palletways system, automatically producing a barcode label, therefore allowing complete visibility through the Palletways track and trace faccility.
Craig Hibbert, group development director says: This represents a major investment in an commitment to providing the very best in the rapidly growing palletised freight service industry. The system enhances communications between the central hub and our local depots. It also negates the possibility of inaccurate labelling of palletised goods.
