La Poste announces first tranche of property disposals

La Poste, the French post office, has launched a call for tenders for 15 buildings with an estimated total value of 100m euros. After selecting candidates at the end of May, La Poste hopes to choose an acquirer in July and conclude the sale by the end of the year.

Regarding the 5.14 square metres in property which will be transferred to the private sector in a few months’ time, La Poste says half will be sold in two tranches each worth between 700m and 800m euros.
