UCI Logistics has been awarded a nine year contract with MAPA Spontex, a manufacturer of cleaning tools. The deal is a renewal and extension of an existing contract, and sees UCI appointed as the lead logistics provider of Spontex in the UK.
The operation involves the storage of Spontexs entire 270 line consumer product range prior to order receipt, picking and next day timed deliveries to more than 800 locations.
