TNT booked to win

TNT Network Logistics has won a three year contract from HarperCollins for which it has designed an internet-based system to increase control and visibility in the book supply chain.

David Bermingham, managing director of TNT Network Logistics, said: “The internet-based system is an extension of HarperCollins’ current internal IT system. Right now we can handle all of the electronic visibility with the outbound operation. In terms of the inbound operation, we collect from the printer, consolidate and deliver into HarperCollins’ warehouse
