Cranleigh Freight Services is expanding its home delivery business with the launch of a new division named Direct Home Delivery. It is investing in IT systems including “retail eye” software that provides the ability to link directly with customers’ order processing systems and enabling retailers to quote delivery times to their customers at the point of sale. Cranleigh already operates a home delivery service for MFI.
